1. Delivery Across Pakistan
We provide Express Courier Delivery on all orders across Pakistan. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (PKT) are dispatched same-day via premier couriers (TCS / Leopard / Swyft).
- Karachi: 24 to 36 Hours
- Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad: 36 to 48 Hours
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 2 to 4 Working Days

3. 7-Day Hassle-Free Exchange
Should you require a different wrist size or wish to exchange for another design, contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Items must be unworn and returned in their original luxury presentation velvet box.
